Apparatus for filtering wine. There is a wide variety of filters on the market, with operating principles and flow rates adapted to different uses: filter press or rotary filter for lees and highly loaded wines, earth filter or tangential filter during maturation, plate filter for finishing or bottling, membrane filter for bottling.
