All our wines are pleasant to drink as soon as they are bottled and will keep their fruity aromas during their youth. We harvest our whites when they are fully ripe, we mature them on total lees in order to make fat and powerful wines that can be kept and improved for a few years. The clairet, very fruity in its youth, will become sweeter and silkier after two or three years of ageing in bottles. As for red wines, if you have a cellar and prefer to age them, we advise you to open one bottle a year to monitor the evolution of the aromas. Lovers of mature wines will appreciate our wines between 5 and 8 years after harvest.
